URGENT: Verification of Student Credentials for Board Registration (Grades 9–12)

Dear Parents, This is a matter of utmost importance regarding students of Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12. Because the Board Enrollment / List of Candidates (LOC) process is scheduled to begin shortly, we require a final verification of your child's data. These details will be submitted to the Board and will appear on their final marksheet and certificates. Kindly log in to the school app and thoroughly check the following details against the "official Birth Certificate" (Note: If the certificate is in a regional language, please provide an official English translation): • Student's Full Name (Spelling) • Father's & Mother's Names (Spelling) • Date of Birth If you find any discrepancy, please report it to the school administration office within two days along with a copy of the fresh / Amended Birth Certificate. Please treat this as strictly time-sensitive. The school will be unable to entertain any rectification requests once the data is uploaded to the Board portal. ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ, ਇਹ ਜਮਾਤ 9ਵੀਂ, 10ਵੀਂ, 11ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬੋਰਡ ਐਨਰੋਲਮੈਂਟ / ਲਿਸਟ ਆਫ਼ ਕੈਂਡੀਡੇਟਸ (LOC) ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਪੜਤਾਲ (verification) ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਮਾਰਕਸ਼ੀਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੌਗਇਨ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ "ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਜਨਮ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ" ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰੋ (ਨੋਟ: ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਕਿਸੇ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਵੀ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਓ): • ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਨਾਮ (ਸਪੈਲਿੰਗ/ਜੋੜ) • ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ (ਸਪੈਲਿੰਗ/ਜੋੜ) • ਜਨਮ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤੀ/ਤਰੁੱਟੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਵੇਂ/ਸੋਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਨਮ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ (fresh / Amended Birth Certificate) ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ (admin) ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰੋ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ-ਬੱਧ ਸਮਝੋ। ਬੋਰਡ ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਡੇਟਾ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਕੂਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇਗਾ। प्रिय अभिभावकगण, यह कक्षा 9वीं, 10वीं, 11वीं और 12वीं के छात्रों के संबंध में एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। चूंकि बोर्ड नामांकन / उम्मीदवारों की सूची (LOC) की प्रक्रिया जल्द ही शुरू होने वाली है, इसलिए हमें आपके बच्चे के विवरण के अंतिम सत्यापन (verification) की आवश्यकता है। यह विवरण बोर्ड को भेजे जाएंगे और उनके अंतिम अंकपत्र (marksheet) और प्रमाणपत्रों पर दिखाई देंगे। कृपया स्कूल ऐप में लॉग इन करें और "आधिकारिक जन्म प्रमाणपत्र" के अनुसार निम्नलिखित विवरणों की अच्छी तरह से जांच कर लें (नोट: यदि प्रमाणपत्र किसी क्षेत्रीय भाषा में है, तो कृपया उसका आधिकारिक अंग्रेजी अनुवाद भी प्रदान करें): • छात्र/छात्रा का पूरा नाम (वर्तनी/Spelling) • माता और पिता का नाम (वर्तनी/Spelling) • जन्म तिथि यदि आपको कोई विसंगति/त्रुटि मिलती है, तो कृपया दो दिनों के भीतर नए/संशोधित जन्म प्रमाणपत्र (fresh / Amended Birth Certificate) की प्रति के साथ स्कूल प्रशासनिक कार्यालय में इसकी सूचना दें। कृपया इस सूचना को अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण और समय-सीमा के अधीन समझें। बोर्ड पोर्टल पर डेटा अपलोड होने के बाद स्कूल किसी भी त्रुटि सुधार के अनुरोध पर विचार करने में असमर्थ होगा।

Dear Parents, Please note the following updates regarding the school schedule: Tomorrow (Saturday): The school will remain closed on account of the second Saturday. From Monday Onward: School timings will change to 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM. We request all parents to note this change and adjust transport arrangements (school van, private transport, or self-pick & drop) accordingly to ensure a smooth transition.
